What are your rates?
Please note that what you actually pay out of pocket will vary
greatly depending on whether you see an in-network therapist, your
insurance plan and/or plan benefit.
The rate for a 45 minute individual session is $100.
The rate for a 45 minute family session is $110
The rate for a 60 minute individual session is $130.
The rate for a 60 minute family session is $140
Do you accept Insurance?
Currently, John is in-network with all Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna,ValueOptions, Magellan and AmeriHealth plans and accepts all forms of private insurance. For out of network clients seeing John, the client's insurance will be billed first to help mitigate the cost of sessions.
Please
remember that many plans have out of network benefits that may cover a
good portion of the session fee. Please confim your
benefits with
your insurance company. If there are legitimate financial obstacles and
insurance will not cover any of the session cost, fees will be reduced
to $75 a session.
What is tele-therapy?
Tele-therapy is psychotherapy provided over
a web based medium or telephone. myHope Therapy Services
currently uses VSee,a free skype-like
application that is HIPAA compliant to provide therapy.
Potential clients who are planning to use their
insurance to cover tele-therapy services should
contact their insurance company to determine whether tele-therapy
services are included in their plan. Many
plans do not cover tele-therapy services. In-network
participation does not mean tele-therapy services are
covered.
